Hi Lucio,

Here are my notes for running the Syncro client installer. We typically do this for computers not enrolled in Autopilot.

Download the .msi version of the Syncro client installer:

Rename the installer file to “osi-syncro.msi”.

Copy the file to your thumb drive

On the target computer:

When you reach the screen that asks whether the device is for personal use or corporate use, press Shift + F10 on your keyboard. This will open a command prompt window.

Insert the USB Drive with the Syncro Client:

At the command prompt, type D: and press Enter.

Then type osi-syncro.msi and press Enter.
The installer will run silently. The key is not getting an error message when you run the installer.

Note: you can use shift-tab to toggle between the command prompt window and the installation window.
